Job Summary: Provide quality support to the organization and coordination of the processing of work orders and requests for the campus with an emphasis on customer service. Essential Duties: Review, receive, enter, approve and route incoming emergency, routine maintenance and service requests for campus submitted by telephone, on-line or email. Follow-up with contractors regarding daily requests for elevators and extermination and provide feedback to Director or Assistant Director. Assist shops with entering materials, labor, comments and closing of work orders. Assist with processing accurate billings for weekly and monthly maintenance, bi-monthly vehicle fuel usage, monthly vehicle maintenance and van rentals. Ability to use dispatch radio equipment. Schedule van rentals. Maintain building roof access log; follow-up with technician to assure roof access is secured; used as a safety measure for technicians. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High School diploma. One (1) year of office experience with customer service or the equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with MS Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience with TMA Systems (Maintenance Management Software) and UT System specific software (PeopleSoft accounting system).
