Summary 1. Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. 2. Prioritizes and issues work orders to the general maintenance staff.
Responsibilities 1. Performs routine maintenance tasks. 2. Responds to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment. 3. Assists other trades when additional help is required.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
Experience Required: Two years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
